Pricing
Prices quoted in United States Dollars (USD).
Tax
We do not charge sales tax (except for merchandise shipped to a New York State address). Several states, including Colorado, Oklahoma, South Dakota, and Vermont, require customers to self-report and pay the applicable taxes on out-of-state purchases.
Gems
Van Geoff provides 100% disclosure. A "hot topic" within the jewelry industry is how much gem information jewelers should disclose to their customers. We believe the jewelry industry should adopt a 100% disclosure policy.
Gem carat weights are stated as a minimum. Actual carat weights may be higher.
Gems contain natural inclusions and fissures that state the gem's individuality and provide proof of authenticity. Like most marketed gems, many of our gems have been color-enhanced.
Returns
Returned merchandise requires a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. The RMA number may be obtained by contacting Customer Care. The RMA number must be placed on the outside of the package above the "Ship To" address. Packages without a RMA number will be rejected.
Necklaces, at customer's expense, may be returned in new condition with proof of purchase within thirty (30) days of purchase to our shipping facility in the Kingdom of Thailand for a refund, credit, or an exchange. We strongly recommend obtaining a tracking number and insurance. We cannot provide a refund, credit, or an exchange for necklaces not received by us.
Disputes
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction!
We respectfully ask that you contact us to resolve any dispute or dissatisfaction that may arise. The American Arbitration Association located in New York County of the State of New York is the designated venue for unresolved disputes.
Shipping Charges
We provide free one-way shipping (usually by FedEx) from our shipping facility in the Kingdom of Thailand. For additional information, please see "Returns" above.
